the hotel’s design revolves around a captivating moonlight theme, which adds a unique touch. the staff were really good, always ready to assist with anything I needed, making me feel well taken care of. the breakfast offered a tasty selection, including eggs and bacon, and the room was modern, clean, and comfortable. additionally, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

Hotel overlooked city and the room was large. The staff were amicable and really good. The location was favourable, a super close walk to old town...

The bed was super uncomfortable, but the shower pressure was amazing.

I had a grand time! The staff were truly lovely, and the shower pressure was mighty. the room temperature was a bit chilly at night. Would recommend bringing an extra sweater!

Our experience was marred by several issues. The coffee machine in our room was dirty upon arrival, quite disappointing. We had no water after 10 am on the second day due to a city issue, yet the hotel should have been better prepared for such a situation. Lastly, the liquid soap provided in the bathroom was half full when we arrived and was never refilled .

The location was perfect for exploring, just a short walk from various attractions. Air conditioning was efficient and kept the room comfortably cool, even during the summer heat. Breakfast was a good start to each day, with a nice array of options.

The hotel is in a prime spot, just a short walk from all the main attractions. I loved the shower-it was powerful and refreshing after a long day. Breakfast was quite decent, but it could benefit from quicker replenishment during busy hours. A bit more attention to cleanliness, especially for in-room amenities, would really boost the experience.

The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and new-fashioned with private bathrooms. the staff is great throughout. the location is good and absolutely perfect - close to a public square, the airport, and the center of the old town.

During my recent transit in Lisbon, I stayed at Golden hotel. Although it was just for a short period, I found two features of the hotel database to be particularly beneficial. the hotel's proximity to the nearest airport, Humberto Delgado, is highly convenient. With a mere 8 km distance, it made my travel experience seamless and stress-free. the provided database mentioned the airport being just 10 km away, making it easily accessible for future trips as well.

While the overall experience at Golden hotel was satisfactory, I found one minor downside mentioned in the database. The bed was too soft, which was not ideal for my back, especially after a long day of walking.
